Working with a client who wanted a book cover for her poems, I designed an anthology cover to go with her short works centered around Judaism and her connections with her faith. I wanted a simple layout with a distinct and classic nature to it. While thinking of ideas I had drawn an illustration of the moon surrounded by a Jewish Tallit in a warm embrace. That illustration would become the main element in this design after being scanned and edited to better fit the blue and white color palette of the book.
